Service terms

HEREFRAME helps travelers discover locations and send photography requests. A request is not a confirmed booking. The photographer accepts or declines after reviewing the details.

Direct settlement

HEREFRAME does not currently receive, hold, or distribute the shoot fee. The parties agree on price, payment method and timing, travel costs, permits, cancellation, and refunds directly. Future platform fees will never be applied retroactively.

Profiles and content

Photographers must have the right to display submitted images. Approval, rejection, suspension, or removal may occur to protect users and content quality.

Launch requirement

This draft must receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before a public commercial launch.
